Question 1

What is the minimum booking for hourly car service?

Accepted Answer

Our hourly car service in NYC and Long Island has a 3-hour minimum. Most visitors booking a full day in the city opt for 4–6 hours. Corporate roadshow days typically run 6–8 hours.

Question 2

What's included in the hourly rate?

Accepted Answer

Everything. All gratuity is included in the rate you agree to at booking. No 20% added at the end, no surprise fees. Your dedicated chauffeur, the vehicle, unlimited stops, and on-standby status throughout your booking are all included.

Question 3

Do you serve visitors who are flying into New York from out of state?

Accepted Answer

Yes. This is one of our most common bookings. We pick you up at JFK, LGA, or EWR with Meet & Greet service, and can transition directly into hourly service for the rest of your day. One booking, one driver, no re-booking between legs.

Question 4

Can I extend my hourly booking if my day runs long?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If your schedule extends beyond the original booking window, let your driver know and we'll extend the booking at the same hourly rate, subject to the driver's availability. We recommend booking a slightly longer window than you think you'll need to ensure coverage.

Question 5

How far in advance do I need to book hourly service?

Accepted Answer

As early as possible for peak periods — major concerts, U.S. Open, summer Hamptons season, holidays. For a standard day, 48–72 hours notice is typically sufficient. Same-day hourly bookings are sometimes possible depending on availability — call us directly to check.

Question 6

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially for airport transfers. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on our current schedule.

Question 7

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

Question 8

Can I book a multi-stop trip?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our hourly chauffeur service is designed specifically for multi-stop itineraries. You can also add stops to a standard point-to-point booking for an additional fee.

Question 9

How does the 'Meet & Greet' work?

Accepted Answer

Your chauffeur will wait inside the terminal at the arrivals level, typically near baggage claim, holding a sign with your name. This service is included in all airport pickups to ensure a smooth arrival experience.

Question 10

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Accepted Answer

We monitor all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your chauffeur will adjust their arrival time accordingly. You don't need to notify us of airline-side delays.

Question 11

Where do I meet my driver at JFK?

Accepted Answer

Due to ongoing construction at JFK, we meet all clients inside the terminal at baggage claim. This avoids the need for you to take the AirTrain to remote pickup lots.

Question 12

Do you provide car seats for children?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we provide infant, toddler, and booster seats upon request at no extra charge. Please specify the type and quantity needed when making your reservation.

Question 13

How many passengers can fit in an SUV?

Accepted Answer

Our Luxury Large SUVs (Escalades/Suburbans) can comfortably accommodate up to 6 passengers with 6-8 large bags.

Question 14

Is WiFi available in the vehicles?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all our executive SUVs and sedans are equipped with complimentary high-speed WiFi and mobile charging ports.

Question 15

Are tolls and gratuity included in the price?

Accepted Answer

For hourly service, all gratuity is included in the quoted rate — no additions at the end. For airport transfers and point-to-point trips, a standard 20% gratuity is added to the final invoice. Tolls are included in all quoted rates. We believe in transparent, fixed pricing with no hidden fees.

Question 16

How can I set up a corporate account?

Accepted Answer

Corporate accounts with monthly consolidated billing can be set up through our booking platform or by contacting our office directly. We offer priority scheduling for all business accounts.
